Your content is yours. You keep ownership of everything you record and upload. You grant Noteary only the permission needed to process and store it to provide the service to you.
Record lawfully. You agree to record only where you have the right to, and to follow applicable consent laws. See our recording consent guidance.
AI is a helper, not an authority. Summaries and transcripts may contain errors and are not professional advice. Verify anything important.
Fair use. Plans include usage limits. Don’t use Noteary to harass, surveil, or harm others, or to process content you have no right to.
Cancel anytime. You can export your data and delete your account whenever you like.
