Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan never asks for one. You'll only enter payment details when you choose to upgrade.
What happens if I go over my monthly recording limit?
Recording just pauses until your limit resets next month, or you can upgrade any time to raise it immediately — nothing you've already recorded is ever deleted or locked.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, any time from your billing settings. Switching to annual applies the discount starting your next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from Settings whenever you like. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period, and your recordings stay yours to export.
What's the difference between Business and Teams?
Business is for one person who needs the highest individual limits. Teams adds shared workspaces, shared team memory, per-seat billing, and admin controls for multiple people.
