Your week: a weekly digest of your recordings
Your week turns a week of recordings into one page you can read in a couple of minutes — what came up, what was decided, and what you still owe — with every theme linked back to the recordings it came from.
Updated
Where to find it
Open Your week from the sidebar (on a phone, from the bar above your library), or press ⌘K and type “week”. Use the arrows at the top to step back through earlier weeks.
What’s in it
- How many recordings you made that week and how much time they cover.
- Highlights — a short paragraph on the week, plus a handful of themes. Each theme cites the recordings it’s drawn from, so you can check it against what was actually said.
- Decisions and open action items from the week’s summaries.
- Upcoming key dates mentioned in those conversations.
- The people and tags that came up most.
Everything except the highlights comes straight from the summaries your recordings already have. If a week gains recordings after its highlights were written, the page says so and offers a refresh.
The Monday email
Early on Monday morning, in the time zone you record in, Noteary emails you last week’s digest. It’s only sent for weeks that have recordings, and never more than once a week.
To stop it, use the link at the bottom of any digest email, or turn off email on the Weekly digest row in Settings → Notifications. The page itself stays available either way.
Plans
Your week and the Monday email are included on every plan, Free included.
